Airgas USA, LLC is hiring an Outside Sales Account Manager in Salisbury, MD. You will drive existing accounts and develop new ones with a consultative sales approach, linking customer needs to Airgas value.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in science or business and at least 3 years of outside B2B sales experience. Expect a base salary of $60k–$70k plus commission, with a monthly auto allowance and comprehensive family benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a science, business or related field required; up to 4 years' additional experience considered in lieu of degree.
• Minimum 3 years of outside B2B sales experience with solution selling and defined territory management.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes sales plans to service existing accounts and establish new accounts.
• Cultivates customer relationships through consultative engagement and understanding of customer priorities.
• Prepares sales proposals, quotes pricing, and communicates delivery timelines.
• Maintains sales reports and territory analyses as required by management.
• Collaborates with internal teams to achieve growth objectives and manage receivables.
