Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent.
• 1-5 years of success in B2B sales or outside sales experience.
• Experience partnering to advance a dynamic customer solutions process across stakeholders and verticals.
• Track record of contributing to sales and business development goals.
• Ability to utilize a collaborative sales process to understand and address customer concerns, providing solutions.
• Comfort with common email, spreadsheet, word processing, and presentation software.
• Proactive in identifying client pain points and facilitating technical solutions.
• Ability to build alignment and navigate agreements to meet customer needs.
• Ability to connect with individuals from different backgrounds.
• Flexible to work varied hours to support customer success.
• Must be able to operate in a drug-free workplace.
