Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in training and development, leadership development, or related, with transferrable skills.
• Depth of expertise in business acumen, data analysis, market access, strategic planning, and account management.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem solving, project management, and communication skills.
• Experience leading teams as a first- or second-line manager.
• Knowledge across sales, market access, and home office functions.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and facilitate field leadership development programs and processes.
• Consult with business unit leaders to identify gaps and needs, ensuring sponsorship and alignment.
• Use adult learning principles to evolve learning experiences for leaders.
• Assess leadership gaps and co-create solutions with stakeholders across the organization.
• Develop high-potential candidates within field organizations and monitor development plans.
• Deliver training through multiple modalities and manage vendor relationships.
