Otsuka is seeking a Senior Manager, Field Strategy & Operations to support the translation of commercial insights into field execution. You will optimize processes and coordinates across Field Strategy and Field Operations to drive alignment with brand objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical experience.
• Experience in field-based or commercial operations, sales strategy, or business planning within pharma/biotech.
• Strong cross-functional work, prioritization, and execution in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills with a focus on operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Support Field Strategy execution by translating insights into actionable plans.
• Enhance operational efficiency with optimized processes and tools.
• Coordinate field communications and ensure timely updates on strategy and processes.
• Provide hands-on support for strategic initiatives and track progress across teams.
• Monitor field performance metrics and surface insights to improve efficiency.
• Serve as a problem-solving resource for field leadership on executional challenges and incentives.
• Lead and contribute to projects to ensure timely execution and measurable impact.
