Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and facilitate field leadership development programs.
• Partner with business unit leaders to address gaps and sponsorship.
• Evolve learning experiences using adult learning principles.
• Assess leadership gaps and co-create solutions with stakeholders.
• Develop high-potential field employees and monitor development plans.
• Deliver trainings via multiple modalities and manage vendors.
• Coordinate with HR programs and ensure alignment.
