Job summary

Otsuka is seeking a Senior Director of Field Analytics & Enablement to lead a team responsible for sub-national analyses and reporting platforms for customer-facing teams. You will drive data-driven insights across Field Force, Marketing, and commercial analytics, shaping end-to-end analytics capabilities and user experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience across a breadth of commercial functions in biopharmaceuticals.
• 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical industry.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills across functions and levels.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve the vision for field reporting and ad hoc analytics at Otsuka, including roadmaps for future capabilities.
• Provide data-driven insights to Field Leadership that are actionable and aligned with goals.
• Demonstrate thought leadership and influence across multiple functions.
• Lead deep dive analytics with cross-functional teams on business performance.
• Identify key drivers of geography-level performance across therapeutic areas.
• Define issues, questions, and data; apply quantitative methods to analyze information.
• Anticipate internal/external challenges and propose improvements.
• Familiarity with data warehousing and data stewardship principles.
• Develop new analytical processes to meet stakeholder needs.
• Collaborate with Forecasting, Brand Analytics, and Promotional Analytics teams to share capabilities.
