Job summary

Otsuka Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd seeks a Senior Manager, Field Strategy & Operations to support the seamless execution of commercial strategies and field initiatives across the United States. You will translate insights into actionable field plans, align across brand objectives, and help optimize processes and tools.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Field Strategy & Operations, you will assist Associate Directors, drive collaboration, track performance, and manage projects with measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical experience
• Experience in field-based or commercial operations, sales strategy, or business planning within pharma/biotech
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and execution in fast-paced env.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills with focus on operational excellence
• CRM tools, analytics dashboards proficiency
• Ability to translate data into actionable execution plans
• Adaptable and proactive in a developmental role
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners in a fast-paced setting
