Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) seeks a Facility Coordinator at the Hopewell, NJ campus to bridge procurement, facility operations, and superb customer service. You will handle requisitions, vendor relations, and financial reporting for multiple accounts, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.

You will coordinate maintenance via CMMS, support soft-service ops, manage security access and onboarding, and work with site leadership on planning and process improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 3–5 years of experience in facility coordination, procurement, customer service, or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete procurement cycle including requisitions, purchase orders, vendor contract development, and invoice receipt across JLL and client systems for multiple accounts.
