Job summary

JLL in New York City is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to support Site and Assistant Facility Managers in maintenance, operations and finance. The role emphasizes proactive vendor coordination, strong client relationships and ensuring service levels remain exceptional in a fast-paced environment.

You will conduct daily operations, respond to work orders, manage repairs, and assist with occupancy services, events and security coordination. 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in facilities, property management, hospitality, or related fields.
• Proficiency with information technology tools and platforms.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and handle stress.

Responsibilities

• Support Site/Assistant Facility Managers across maintenance, operations and finance.
• Respond to work orders, ensure KPI compliance and high service levels.
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance and vendor activities to completion.
• Maintain records, assist in vendor procurement, and support events and guest services.
• Provide safety, security and emergency coordination support.
