Responsibilities

• Administering the CMMS platform and related service systems to ensure integrity and reporting.
• Providing training and ongoing support to account teams and client staff.
• Configuring system settings, workflows, and notifications.
• Developing inspection forms and coordinating data sync with service teams.
• Producing regular reports on work orders, maintenance, compliance, and labor metrics.
• Exploring solutions for new business needs within system capabilities.
• Maintaining documentation and acting as the single point of contact for systems.
