Job summary

You will interact with vendors, support procurement, and ensure compliance with client contracts as part of a collaborative facilities team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of progressive experience as a Facility Coordinator or in a related facilities management role.
• Strong proficiency in IT tools and platforms.
• Excellent communication, organization, and independent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage work order flow to ensure operational excellence.
• Proactively schedule and manage repairs, maintenance, and minor works from start to finish.
• Lead the coordination of complex events and meeting facilities.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend operational changes to the Facility Manager.
• Conduct initial site inspections and assessments to maintain facility standards.
• Provide independent direction and coordination to a diverse range of vendors ensuring accountability of contracted deliverables.
• Assist in the procurement and onboarding of new vendors and services.
• Fully own compliance with client contract requirements and act on client feedback.
• Problem-solve operational issues independently using a foundational understanding of technical property aspects (MEP, fire protection and life safety systems).
• Apply knowledge of local EHS requirements and contract management principles to daily operations.
