Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to support Site and Assistant Facility Managers across maintenance, operations, vendor oversight and occupancy services. You will help deliver a safe, clean, and well‑run workplace for clients and colleagues.

In this role you'll conduct daily walkthroughs, coordinate repairs, manage work orders, and assist in procurement while maintaining strong client relationships and KPI performance.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in facilities or property management preferred.
• Excellent communication, organization and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and handle stressful situations.

Responsibilities

• Support site and assistant facility managers in maintenance, operations, vendor oversight and occupancy services.
• Conduct daily walk-throughs to ensure a clean, safe and organized office environment.
• Respond to work orders and KPI targets; coordinate repairs and track completion.
• Coordinate site amenities, events, meetings and access passes as needed.
• Assist in procurement of vendors and services and maintain records.
