Job summary

HCSC Group is seeking an Executive Recruiter to partner with our HR Business Partners and Hiring Executives to create and execute recruiting strategies for executive-level positions.

You will collaborate with the senior leadership team to identify and hire top leadership talent critical to the business, guiding the process from strategy through offer while aligning with our total rewards framework and commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with 10+ years in talent acquisition or 12+ years in talent acquisition.
• 7+ years focused on executive recruiting.
• Experience partnering with business leaders to fill critical leadership roles.
• Ability to negotiate with and influence internal and external stakeholders in the executive recruitment process.
• Ability to plan, design and administer recruitment practices across divisions and multiple stakeholders.
• Initiative, analytical ability, planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and under the direction of HR leadership.
• PC proficiency to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Lotus Notes.
• Interpersonal skills including working across departments, building consensus, driving direction, and building lasting relationships with customers, peers and leadership
