Job summary

Health Care Service Corporation is seeking an Executive Recruiter to partner with HR Business Partners and Hiring Executives in creating, developing and executing recruiting strategies for executive level positions.

The role requires collaborating with HCSC's senior leadership to identify and hire top executive talent critical to the business, negotiating with stakeholders and driving recruitment practices across divisions. Strong operational and strategic capabilities are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree required with 10+ years in talent acquisition or 12+ years experience overall.
7+ years focused on executive recruiting.
Experience partnering with business leaders and executives to fill critical leadership positions.
Ability to negotiate with and influence internal and external stakeholders in the executive recruitment process.
Ability to plan, design and administer recruitment practices across divisions and multiple stakeholders.
