Qualifications
- Bachelor degree with 10+ years talent acquisition experience or 12+ years talent acquisition experience.
- 7+ years of executive recruiting experience.
- Experience partnering with business leaders and executives to fill critical leadership positions.
- Ability to negotiate with and influence internal and external stakeholders in the executive recruitment process.
- Ability to plan, design and administer recruitment practices across divisions and multiple stakeholders.
Responsibilities
