Job summary

Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC) is seeking a Lead Recruiter to guide recruitment for complex, high-impact roles and mentor the recruiting team. The role partners with hiring managers, delivers talent market intelligence, and leads full-cycle sourcing strategies to meet organizational goals.

As a subject-matter expert and team leader, you will coach recruiters, drive process improvements, and analyze metrics to shape effective talent acquisition strategies across healthcare and regulated

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience with leadership/mentoring experience.
• Experience building relationships across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Experience developing sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
• Experience managing multiple high-priority requisitions and stakeholder relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze recruiting metrics and drive decisions.
• Advanced knowledge of talent acquisition practices, sourcing methods, and labor market trends.
• Experience leading projects and driving process improvements in TA.
