Health Care Service Corporation is seeking an Executive Recruiter to partner with HR Business Partners and Hiring Executives in creating, developing and executing recruiting strategies for executive level positions.

The role requires collaborating with HCSC's senior leadership to identify and hire top executive talent critical to the business, negotiating with stakeholders and driving recruitment practices across divisions. Strong operational and strategic capabilities are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required with 10+ years in talent acquisition or 12+ years experience overall.
• 7+ years focused on executive recruiting.
• Experience partnering with business leaders and executives to fill critical leadership positions.
• Ability to negotiate with and influence internal and external stakeholders in the executive recruitment process.
• Ability to plan, design and administer recruitment practices across divisions and multiple stakeholders.

Job Summary

This position is responsible for partnering with our internal HR Business Partners and Hiring Executives in creating, developing and executing the appropriate recruiting strategies for executive level positions. The Executive Recruiter will partner with the HCSC senior leadership team to identify and hire the top executive and talent that is critical to the business.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree with 10+ years talent acquisition experience OR 12+ years talent acquisition experience
• 7+ years of experience focused on executive recruiting
• Experience partnering with business leaders and executives to fill critical leadership positions
• Ability to negotiate with and influence internal and external stakeholders in the executive recruitment process
• Ability to plan, design and administer recruitment practices across divisions and multiple stakeholders
• Initiative, analytical ability, planning and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and under the direction of HR leadership
• PC proficiency to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Lotus Notes. experience
• Interpersonal skills including working across departments, building consensus, driving direction, and building lasting relationships with customers, peers and leadership

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

Base Pay Range $112,200.00 - $202,600.00 Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.

Flex employees are expected to be in the office a minimum of three days a week. Management will have discretion to modify an employee's weekly schedule for exigent circumstances.
