Job summary

WelbeHealth in San Francisco seeks a proactive Recruiter to partner with senior leaders, own the full recruiting lifecycle, and build executive search pipelines to meet current and future hiring needs.

You will develop tailored strategies, engage passive talent, manage the candidate experience from first contact to offer, and help strengthen WelbeHealth's employment brand across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field; professional experience may be substituted.
• Three years of full lifecycle recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Two years of executive recruitment experience at VP/Senior Director level or higher.
• Ability to source and recruit passive executive candidates through multiple channels.
• Experience managing senior leadership and hiring manager expectations with strategic partnership.
• Proven success building sourcing and pipelining strategies for diverse roles.
• Agency plus in-house recruiting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle to help managers find, hire, and retain quality candidates.
• Oversee candidate experience from initial contact through interview prep to offer negotiations.
• Build relationships with managers and executives to understand hiring needs and role specs.
• Design and implement innovative recruitment strategies to meet stakeholder needs.
• Utilize multiple recruiting sources and innovative approaches to find quality candidates.
• Promote WelbeHealth’s employment brand on social media and recruitment platforms.
• Maintain pipelines of active and passive candidates.
