Job summary

WelbeHealth is seeking a Recruiter who partners with senior leaders to align talent strategy with business priorities. You will manage the full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing and candidate engagement through interview prep and offer negotiation.

The role emphasizes building executive search pipelines, proactive sourcing, and shaping WelbeHealth’s employment brand across markets and networks. A Bachelor's degree and several years in executive recruitment are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; experience may be substituted.
• 3+ years of full lifecycle recruitment in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• 2+ years of executive recruiting experience, supporting VP/Senior Director or other executive-level roles.
• Demonstrated ability to source, engage, and recruit passive executive candidates across multiple channels.
• Proven success managing senior leadership and hiring manager expectations, delivering strong customer service and partnering with leaders.
• Agency experience plus in-house recruiting background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle and partner with managers to find, hire, and retain quality candidates.
• Oversee the candidate experience from initial contact to interview prep and final offer negotiation.
• Build relationships with managers and executives to understand departments and hiring needs.
• Design and implement innovative recruitment strategies to meet stakeholder needs.
• Leverage multiple sourcing channels to find quality candidates and prospects for new business.
• Build WelbeHealth’s employment brand across social media, recruitment platforms, and markets.
