Peregrine in San Francisco is seeking a Leadership Recruiter to partner with executives and senior leaders to identify and hire exceptional leadership talent across the company.

You’ll own end-to-end searches for Director, VP, and C-level roles, employing market mapping, targeted outreach, and rigorous assessment to build a robust leadership pipeline while maintaining discretion and a strong candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of recruiting, executive search, or executive talent research experience.
• Strong candidate assessment skills and the ability to distinguish leadership trajectory and impact from title.
• In-house leadership/executive recruiting within a high-growth technology company.
• Experience partnering directly with executives and senior hiring leaders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executives and hiring leaders to translate business needs into leadership profiles and search strategies.
• Lead end-to-end leadership searches (Director/VP/C-level) across the company.
• Develop market mapping and target-company ecosystems to identify senior candidates.
• Proactively identify and engage passive leadership candidates with personalized outreach.
