Art and Wellness Enterprises (AWE) is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting across its diverse nonprofit portfolio. The role partners with hiring managers, search committees, and People Services to understand needs and build talent pipelines for healthcare, arts, education, and philanthropy.

You will review resumes, conduct in-depth interviews, extend offers, and source candidates through LinkedIn and other sites, ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, management or related field preferred.
• SHRM-CP, PHR or equivalent credential preferred.
• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience across multiple functions.
• Experience in complex multi-entity organizations, preferably within healthcare, higher education, nonprofit, museums or philanthropy.
• Experience recruiting staff and faculty in medical schools or higher education preferred.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, sourcing strategies, and employment laws.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and search committees to develop recruitment strategies and support decisions.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions and delivering a positive candidate experience.

Aufgaben

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned areas.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies and identify position requirements.
• Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and perform in-depth interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Plan and execute the interview process, provide feedback and status information.
• Prepare and extend job offers, negotiating terms and managing acceptance.
• Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn and other relevant sites.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines and participate in employer branding activities.
