Corewell Health is seeking a senior Talent Acquisition leader to oversee physician and APP recruitment across Corewell Health West, Corporate and Priority Health. You will develop strategic recruiting initiatives aligned with business needs and ensure a consistent, high-quality candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a customer focused department structure and recruitment processes to deliver exceptional experiences.
• Lead physician and APP talent selection across Corewell Health West, Corporate and Priority Health.
• Ensure standards are managed and maintained with effective decision making and feedback.
• Oversee onboarding and training of recruitment resources.
• Coach, mentor and develop recruitment team members.
• Partner with Workforce Planning to evolve Talent Acquisition strategically.
