Job summary

Axonius is seeking a highly organized Senior Executive Assistant to support the Chief Revenue Officer and Chief Marketing Officer. You will manage two executive calendars, coordinate complex travel, and act as the trusted point of contact across the GTM organization.

The role requires discretion with confidential information and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset. The ideal candidate has 5+ years supporting senior leaders in fast-paced environments, strong communication skills, and proficiency

Qualifications

• Experience supporting senior executives in fast-paced environments.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities across two leaders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and collaboration tools.
• Discretion handling confidential information and forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Support GTM execution and prepare meeting materials for CRO and CMO.
• Coordinate leadership meetings, forecasts, QBRs, and events.
• Manage two calendars and resolve conflicts between executives.
• Serve as primary liaison with internal/external stakeholders.
• Draft, proofread, and edit communications and reports.
• Arrange complex domestic and international travel logistics.
• Protect confidential information and sensitive documents.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and People teams on priorities and budgets.
