Job summary

Vizient is seeking an experienced Administrative professional to serve as a trusted strategic business partner to Consulting leaders and Managing Directors in a hybrid Chicago, IL or Irving, TX environment.

You will manage complex calendars, coordinate meeting logistics and travel, and drive cross-functional initiatives to maximize leadership impact and client service. The role emphasizes discretion, confidentiality and proactive problem-solving across the practice.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience supporting senior executives and managing complex calendars.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to Consulting leadership and Managing Directors.
• Manage complex calendars across multiple leaders and align commitments with objectives.
• Coordinate leadership meetings, travel, expense reporting, and executive communications.
• Develop systems to track priorities, deadlines, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Mentor administrative colleagues and promote collaboration across teams.
