Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Sr. Project Manager, EPMO to lead large, complex projects across the organization from initiation through delivery.

You will partner with leadership to develop business cases, manage scope, schedule, and budget, and ensure strong governance via the EPMO to deliver benefits. The role requires extensive experience with Waterfall and Agile approaches, collaboration with HR, IT, and clinical teams, and mentoring of junior PMs to drive best practices across

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or healthcare-related experience required.
• Certification in project methodology or Agile (Six Sigma, PMP, PgMP, PfMP, CAPM, PMI-PBA, PMI-ACP, PMI-RMP) preferred.
• 5 years’ experience in enterprise projects from initiation to implementation including IT/data elements if PM certified; 7 years if not.
• Waterfall and Agile methodologies required.
• Core software applications including Teams, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint.
• Project tracking tools (MS Project, ADO, PPM Pro, Smartsheets) required.
• 3 years healthcare or pharmacy benefits industry practices and HIPAA knowledge required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead multiple complex projects with interdependencies concurrently as project owner through all phases.
• Document and manage activities, assumptions, dependencies, decisions, and risk mitigation plans.
• Prepare schedules with major milestones for oversight and control of activities.
• Establish and maintain budgets with forecasts and spend analyses for leadership decisions.
• Document key decisions and ensure cross-enterprise communication.
• Conduct project communication planning and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with SMEs to design solutions and ensure testing throughout delivery.
• Regularly review strategy and project effectiveness and implement improvements.
• Mentor other project managers and Navitus leaders in PM methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile.
