Job summary

Lumicera Health Services seeks a Sr. Project Manager, EPMO to coordinate large, concurrent projects across the organization. You will lead complex initiatives from business case through governance, balancing scope, timeline, and budget while applying both Waterfall and Agile practices.

You will partner with leadership, manage budgets, and mentor other PMs to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes aligned with strategic benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent healthcare-related experience.
• 5–7 years of enterprise projects from initiation to implementation (IT and data elements)
• Experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies
• Core software: Teams, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint
• Proficient project tracking tools: MS Project, ADO, Smartsheets

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple complex projects with interdependencies across teams.
• Document and manage activities, dependencies, risks and decisions.
• Prepare project schedules with major milestones and budgets.
• Maintain budget and forecast, provide spend analysis.
• Communicate project plans and updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with SMEs to design solutions meeting requirements.
• Ensure testing throughout delivery to mitigate issues.
• Mentor junior PMs and promote best practices.
