Republic Services is seeking an ES Territory Executive I in Harvey, AR, to drive direct sales and manage customer relationships. You will assess environmental services needs and present customized solutions while collaborating with internal teams to align offerings with client goals.

The role requires building a strong sales pipeline, expanding within existing accounts, and using CRM tools to track activities and proposals. 0–2 years in a sales or customer-facing role preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of environmental solutions and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for presentations.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook; CRM experience required.
• Ability to build long-term customer relationships in a sales role.
• 0–2 years in sales, account management or customer-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients to drive growth.
• Retain and expand relationships with existing customers and key decision makers.
• Understand customer operations and regulatory needs to tailor solutions.
• Communicate services and pricing; support cross-sell opportunities.
• Utilize CRM daily to log activities, meetings and proposals.
• Monitor market trends to support customer needs in designated markets.
• Prepare Environmental Service Agreements and pricing proposals timely.
