Job summary
Cloud Software Group is seeking an Account Technical Strategist (ATS) to partner with our largest Enterprise customers, drive value, and shape adoption across Citrix-related platforms. You will map customer priorities to strategic solutions, build executive relationships, and lead multi-product engagements to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications
- 8+ years in presales, solution engineering, or comparable roles.
- 8+ years supporting or delivering enterprise technology solutions.
- Strong ability to articulate business value and ROI to executives.
Responsibilities
- Develop strategic partnerships with customers’ technical influencers and executives.
- Identify revenue-generating use cases our solutions support for customers.
- Assess how Citrix/CAG platform offerings meet business priorities.
- Define a customer success roadmap and adoption plan across multi-product engagements.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve customer success goals.
- Present technical value and ROI in clear, business-friendly terms.
