Job summary

Cloud Software Group, LLC is seeking an Account Technical Strategist to partner with our Enterprise customers, shaping a strategic roadmap and ensuring adoption of multi-product solutions. You will identify high-impact use cases, align customer goals with Citrix capabilities, and coordinate across teams to drive value.

The role requires deep experience in presales and enterprise deployments, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to executives and IT leaders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of presales, solution engineering, or technical consulting experience.
• 8+ years supporting, designing, or delivering enterprise technology solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic partnerships with customer technical influencers and executives.
• Identify revenue-generating use cases our solutions support for customers.
• Assess how Citrix solutions meet business priorities and define a customer success roadmap.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet customer success goals.
• Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations remotely or on-site.
