Job summary

Cloud Software Group is seeking an Account Technical Strategist to partner with enterprise customers, partners, and cross-functional teams to drive strategic value through Citrix and related technologies.

You will identify critical use cases, define customer success roadmaps, and articulate business value for executives while coordinating multi-product engagements and ensuring adoption and renewal momentum.

Qualifications

8+ years in presales, solution engineering, or field CTO/technical consulting roles.
8+ years supporting or delivering enterprise technology solutions.
Strong ability to map business value drivers to technology investments.

Responsibilities

Develop strategic partnerships with customer technical influencers and executives.
Identify revenue-generating use cases and measure value of Citrix solutions.
Define customer success roadmaps and adoption plans across multi-product engagements.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet customer success goals.
Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations remotely or on-site.
