Cloud Software Group, LLC is seeking an experienced Account Technical Strategist to partner with our largest Enterprise customers, aligning Citrix-like secure delivery strategies with business goals.

You will develop strategic roadmaps, identify high-value use cases, coordinate cross-functional teams, deliver compelling technical presentations, and guide customers through adoption and renewal cycles while traveling up to 60% of the time across the Americas.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in presales, solution engineering, or related fields.
• 8+ years supporting, designing, or delivering enterprise tech.
• Strong knowledge of business value drivers for major tech purchases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic partnerships with customer influencers, decision makers, and executives.
• Identify high-value use cases and revenue-generating opportunities.
• Assess customer needs and map Citrix solutions to business priorities.
• Define a customer success roadmap to increase adoption and renewals.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet customer success goals.
• Deliver technical presentations and remote/on-site product demonstrations.
