Job summary

At Atlassian, a Senior Solutions Engineer, Strategic, will partner with sales and account teams to solve customers’ hardest business problems using Atlassian products during complex enterprise deals. You will engage C-level executives, lead value-based demonstrations, and map customer needs to a cohesive solution strategy that unlocks cross-product value.

You will collaborate across functions to drive pipeline, gather feedback for product management, and continuously refine pre-sales knowledge

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience engaging with enterprise customers in a pre-sales capacity.
• Strong communication and multi-level presentation skills.
• Ability to map business problems to Atlassian products and solutions.
• Proven track record in building executive relationships.

Responsibilities
