Job summary

CrowdStrike, a global cybersecurity leader, seeks a Named Corporate Account Manager to serve as a trusted security consultant for medium to large enterprise customers. You will drive growth through upsell and cross-sell opportunities while ensuring customer success with our endpoint security platform.

This hybrid role requires one day per week in-office if based near Austin, TX or Sunnyvale, CA. Full remote positions are available for candidates in Denver, CO and Boston, MA metro areas.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full sales cycle experience in an account management or net new logo capacity, selling to a technical audience such as engineers, IT, security, and other related fields.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients while collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure value from their purchase.
• Manage the contract renewal cycle from scheduling meetings through negotiation and signature to maintain escalated ARR growth.
• Achieve a quota of new sales growth within the existing customer base.
• Be a customer advocate, building relationships and creating champions.
• Identify whitespace and present value-based upgrades and cross-sells.
