Qualifications

• 7–10+ years professional services experience, ideally at a leading consulting firm.
• Experience selling to enterprise clients and managing a $5M+ portfolio.
• Proven track record engaging C‑level executives on industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Own and build a portfolio of enterprise CP&S accounts with new logo acquisition.
• Prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close opportunities with SDRs and partners.
• Define and execute account strategy for pipeline and multi-year growth.
• Lead solution development with Industry GMs, Pre-Sales, and Delivery teams.
• Drive coordinated account expansion with Client Partners.
• Shape industry solutions using Toptal's capabilities for CP&S.
• Maintain pipeline and account intelligence for forecasting.
• Engage in strategic conversations with clients at the C-suite level.
