Job summary

Toptal is seeking an Enterprise Sales Executive to drive growth within the Consumer Products & Services vertical across the US East Coast. You will identify, pursue, and close opportunities with enterprise clients, building tailored solutions across technology, marketing, and AI-enabled transformation.

This remote role targets high-potential CP&S accounts, requiring hunting mindset, executive relationship-building, and the ability to convert density into durable revenue for Toptal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7-10+ years in professional services with enterprise account management.
• Experience selling services to Consumer Products & Services, esp. Retail/CPG sectors.

Responsibilities

• Own and build a portfolio of enterprise CP&S accounts with direct responsibility for new logo acquisition and revenue growth.
• Define and execute account strategy, create opportunities, and plan multi-year growth.
• Lead solution development and deal execution with cross-functional teams.
• Travel 25–40% for client sites, conferences, and events.
