Job summary

Toptal is seeking an Enterprise Sales Executive to drive growth in the CP&S vertical across the US East Coast. This remote role focuses on building a book of enterprise clients, forging executive relationships, and delivering tailored solutions across technology, marketing, and AI-enabled transformation.

You will work with Client Partners and Sales Development Representatives to prospect, close, and expand accounts, with a base salary plus commissions and travel 25–40%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 7–10+ years of professional services experience with enterprise accounts.
• Experience in Consumer Products and Services, Retail/CPG favored.
• Proven ability to build a new book of business and close multi-stage deals.
• Comfort engaging with C-level executives and traveling 25–40%.

Responsibilities

• Build a targeted enterprise CP&S account portfolio and acquire new logos.
• Pitch, negotiate, and close opportunities with SDRs and internal partners.
• Define account strategy, pipeline, and multi-year growth plans.
• Lead solution development with GMs, pre-sales, and delivery teams.
• Maintain pipeline and provide accurate forecast data.
• Travel to client sites and events as needed (25–40%).
