The Vice President of Sales for Multifamily owns large, multi-location deals from first meeting through signed contracts, focusing on strategic accounts across locations.

In this remote role, you will close high-value opportunities, collaborate with inbound leads and our sales development team, and expand portfolios as new locations sign on.

Qualifications

• A track record of closing $1M+ annually on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Selling into multifamily groups or similar multi-location buyers.
• Experience with long, consultative sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers.
• Prefer closing business over people management.

Responsibilities

• Own the full deal cycle from discovery to close over 3–12 months.
• Negotiate with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders.
• Expand by adding locations and services after a signed deal.
• Prepare proposals with strategists and leadership for key opportunities.
