Strategic Enterprise SaaS Account Executive

Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a senior enterprise sales professional to generate new business from a SaaS license model. You will conduct account and territory planning, research prospective customers, and execute field-based sales activities within Enterprise Technology accounts.

You will build relationships with CFO, CIO, COO, and other executives, map client relationships to the account team, and guide the deal with a broad virtual team. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software or solutions sales experience.
• Proven ability to establish trusted relationships with current and prospective clients.
• Track record of producing new business, negotiating deals, and maintaining C-Level relationships.
• Experience achieving sales targets.
• Experience thinking about integrating AI into work processes or workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with multiple C-suite personas across all product sales.
• Oversee client relationship mapping to the account team and orchestrate an account strategy.
• Be a trusted advisor to customers by understanding their business and IT roadmap.
• Identify the right specialist/support resources to bring into a deal at the right time.
