Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking an accomplished Enterprise Sales professional to generate new business and drive revenue for our SaaS licenses. You will plan accounts and territory, research prospects, and execute field activities within defined prospects or verticals.

You will engage with CFOs, CIOs, COOs and other executives, orchestrating a cross-functional team to close strategic deals and accelerate customer outcomes through our AI-enabled platform.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software or solutions sales experience.
• Ability to establish trusted relationships with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Proven record of producing new business, negotiating deals, and managing C-Level relationships.
• Track record of meeting sales targets.
• Experience integrating AI into work processes or decision-making.
• Ability to understand the bigger IT picture and our IT roadmap.
• Promoting a customer success focus in a win-as-a-team environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with multiple C-suite personas across all product sales.
• Oversee client relationship mapping to the account team and orchestrate account strategy.
• Be a trusted advisor by understanding the customer business and IT roadmap.
• Identify the right specialist resources to bring into a deal at the right time.
