Job summary

Regions Bank is seeking an Enterprise PMO Portfolio Manager to lead the governance of the enterprise portfolio of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategy and capacity. You'll partner with senior leadership to drive prioritization, investment governance, and benefits realization across business, regulatory, risk, and technology domains.

Position is based at Riverchase Operations Center, Hoover, AL, and is eligible for an annual discretionary incentive plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of portfolio management, strategic planning, program management, or related discipline
• MBA or related certifications are preferred
• Experience in large, matrixed organizations with complex portfolios and competing priorities
• Experience leading teams of portfolio, program, or project management professionals
• Experience with enterprise governance forums and executive decision-making

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise portfolio management activities including demand intake and prioritization
• Monitor project health and provide strategic direction and corrective recommendations
• Align initiatives with organizational objectives and available resources
• Facilitate investment governance and prioritization discussions
• Establish portfolio governance standards, methodologies, and reporting
• Develop integrated portfolio roadmaps with milestones and dependencies
• Balance resource planning with priorities and investment needs
• Identify and manage portfolio risks and cross-functional dependencies
• Provide executive-level reporting, dashboards, and analytics
• Assess change impacts and adoption readiness for initiatives
• Drive continuous improvement of portfolio management practices
