Job summary

Regions Financial Corporation is seeking an Enterprise PMO Program Manager to lead complex, enterprise-wide programs translating strategy into roadmaps. You will align with executive leadership, technology teams, and external partners to deliver coordinated initiatives and governance frameworks.

You will provide thought leadership, drive governance, manage risks, and deliver executive-level communications and dashboards to support informed decisions and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Computer Science, MIS, or related field and nine years of project, program or transformation management experience
• Or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting or related field and seven years of directly related experience at a top tier consulting firm
• Or High School Diploma or GED and thirteen years of project, program or transformation management experience
• Experience leading large-scale, enterprise-wide strategic initiatives involving multiple business units and technology teams
• Proven success leading cross functional teams through ambiguity, organizational change, and complex decision making

Responsibilities

• Provides thought leadership and leads complex programs and strategic initiatives
• Translates strategic priorities into integrated program plans and governance structures
• Coordinates activities across business units, technology organizations, vendors, and project teams
• Leads identification and resolution of cross-functional dependencies, resource constraints and execution challenges
• Monitors program performance through metrics, milestones, risks, issues, and benefits
• Establishes governance processes, reporting frameworks, and decision structures
• Delivers executive-level communications, dashboards and briefings
• Drives digital transformation and technology modernization initiatives
• Partners with leadership to define future-state capabilities and success measures
• Assesses and escalates program risks and issues
• Drives readiness, change management, and benefit realization
• Ensures regulatory compliance and cyber security standards
• Mentors project managers and promotes delivery excellence
• Champions continuous improvement of methodologies and stakeholder engagement
