Regions Financial Corporation is seeking an Enterprise PMO Project Manager based in Hoover, Alabama to lead small to moderately complex technology initiatives. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risks while aligning with enterprise standards and cyber security requirements.

The role collaborates with business leaders, technology teams, and vendors to deliver projects on time and within budget, leveraging agile/hybrid methodologies and robust governance practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and two years of PM experience
• Or High School Diploma/GED and six years of PM experience
• Experience developing project plans, schedules, budgets, status reports, and executive summaries
• Experience managing technology initiatives with multiple stakeholders
• Experience supporting audit, compliance, and regulatory initiatives

Responsibilities

• Manages small to moderately complex technology projects from initiation through implementation
• Develops and maintains project plans, timelines, and documentation
• Coordinates project activities across business, technology, operational, and vendor teams
• Monitors progress, milestones, and risks; escalates as needed
• Supports governance activities, including approvals and status reporting
• Gathers requirements and communicates updates to stakeholders
• Coordinates testing, implementation, training, and transition-to-support activities
• Maintains project artifacts per audit and compliance standards
• Contributes to continuous improvement and PM best practices
