Job summary

Regions Bank is seeking an Enterprise PMO Program Manager to lead strategic, enterprise-wide programs translating priorities into actionable roadmaps. You will partner with executives, business and technology teams, and external partners to deliver complex, multi-project initiatives and ensure governance, risk management, and performance measurement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, CS, MIS, or related field and nine years of project/ program experience.
• Or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting with seven years at a top-tier consulting firm.
• Or HS diploma and thirteen years of project/ program experience.
• Experience leading large-scale, enterprise-wide strategic initiatives with multiple units.
• Proven success guiding cross-functional teams through ambiguity and change.

Responsibilities

• Provides thought leadership and leads complex programs with interrelated projects.
• Translates priorities into integrated program plans, roadmaps, governance structures.
• Coordinates activities across business units, technology, vendors, and teams.
• Manages dependencies, resource constraints, and execution challenges.
• Monitors performance via metrics, milestones, risks, issues, and outcomes.
• Establishes governance processes, reporting, and accountability.
• Delivers executive communications, dashboards, and briefings.
• Leads digital transformation and technology modernization initiatives.
• Defines future-state capabilities and assessment of success measures.
• Drives readiness, change management, and benefit realization.
