You will drive governance, metrics, and executive communications to enable successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Computer Science, MIS or related field and 9 years of project/program experience
• Or Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, or Accounting with 7 years at top-tier consulting
• Or HS Diploma with 13 years of project/program experience
• Experience leading large-scale, enterprise-wide strategic initiatives
• Proven success guiding cross-functional teams through ambiguity and change

Responsibilities

• Lead complex programs and interrelated projects to achieve business objectives
• Translate strategy into integrated program plans, roadmaps, governance, metrics
• Coordinate activities across units, vendors, and teams for successful execution
• Identify and resolve cross-functional dependencies and resource constraints
• Monitor performance with metrics and milestones, drive improvements
• Establish governance, reporting, and decision-making structures
• Provide strategic insights and executive-level communications
