Job summary

Regions Financial Corporation is seeking an Enterprise PMO Portfolio Manager to govern the enterprise portfolio of strategic initiatives and investments. The role partners with executive leadership to prioritize investments, plan resources, and realize benefits across business, regulatory, risk, and technology domains.

The role requires strong leadership, governance, and analytics with experience in large, matrixed organizations and familiarity with portfolio tools such as Clarity, Planview,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, Organizational Leadership, Project Management, or related field with 10 years of portfolio management, strategic planning, program management, business transformation or related discipline.
• Alternatively, Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting or related field with 8 years of directly related experience at a top-tier consulting firm.
• High School Diploma or GED with 14 years of experience in portfolio management, strategic planning, program management, business transformation or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Leads enterprise portfolio management activities, including demand intake, initiative evaluation, prioritization, governance, resource planning, and portfolio optimization.
• Monitors project health and delivery practices, providing strategic direction and corrective recommendations for successful outcomes.
• Partners with business and technology leaders to align initiatives with organizational objectives, priorities and resources.
• Facilitates investment governance and provides recommendations on prioritization, funding, sequencing, and decisions.
• Establishes portfolio governance standards, methodologies, performance measures, reporting frameworks and decision processes.
• Develops integrated portfolio roadmaps showing milestones, dependencies and investment performance.
• Leads demand management and capacity planning to balance resources with priorities.
• Assesses portfolio risks, conflicts, and cross-functional dependencies affecting objectives.
