Job summary

Regions Bank is seeking a PMO Project Manager to lead small to moderately complex technology and business initiatives. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and resources while aligning with governance, cyber security, and SDLC standards.

You will collaborate with business leaders, technology teams, vendors, and stakeholders to drive successful delivery and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time on-site role located at the Hoover, Alabama facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, CS, IT, MIS, or related field and two years of PM experience
• Or High School Diploma or GED and six years of PM experience
• Experience developing project plans, schedules, budgets, status reports, and executive summaries
• Experience managing technology-related initiatives with multiple stakeholder groups
• Experience supporting audit, compliance, and regulatory initiatives

Responsibilities

• Manages small to moderately complex technology projects and cross-functional initiatives from initiation through implementation, within scope, schedule, and budget
• Develops and maintains project plans, timelines, task lists, and documentation
• Coordinates project activities across business, technology, operational, and vendor teams
• Monitors progress, deliverables, and milestones, escalating issues and risks
• Supports identification, documentation, and tracking of risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies
• Ensures adherence to PM methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and SDLC requirements
• Assists with governance activities, including documentation, approvals, and reviews
• Partners with stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate updates
• Coordinates testing, implementation, training, and transition-to-support
• Maintains project artifacts for audit and compliance
• Contributes to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing
