Job summary

Regions seeks an Enterprise PMO Program Manager to lead complex, enterprise-wide programs, translating strategic objectives into actionable roadmaps and governance. You will collaborate with executives, business stakeholders, technology teams, and external partners to drive delivery across interdependent projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, CS, IT, MIS or related field.
• Nine years of project, program or transformation management experience.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide programs involving multiple units.
• Certifications such as PMP/PMI-ACP/ PgMP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads complex programs and strategic initiatives with interrelated projects to achieve business objectives.
• Translates priorities into integrated program plans, roadmaps, governance structures, and performance measures.
• Coordinates across business units, technology, vendors, and project teams for successful execution.
• Manages cross-functional dependencies, resource constraints, and delivery challenges.
• Monitors program performance with metrics, risks, issues, and dependencies; drives improvements.
• Establishes governance, reporting, and accountability frameworks for program oversight.
• Provides strategic recommendations and executive-level communications to stakeholders.
• Leads transformation initiatives including digital modernization and organizational change.
