Regions Bank is seeking an experienced Enterprise PMO Project Manager to lead large, complex technology initiatives across the organization. You will oversee scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risk while ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and cybersecurity requirements.

The role involves coordinating with business leaders, technology teams, vendors, and stakeholders, plus mentoring junior project managers and ensuring successful delivery from initiation to implementation.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in related field and six years of project management experience or equivalent.
• Experience developing project plans, schedules, budgets, status reports, and executive summaries.
• Experience managing technology initiatives with multiple stakeholder groups and cross-functional teams.
• Experience supporting audit, compliance, and regulatory initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Leads large, complex technology projects from initiation through implementation within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develops and manages comprehensive project plans, forecasts, and budgets for high-visibility initiatives.
• Coordinates cross-functional teams across business, technology, operations, and vendors.
• Manages multiple workstreams and ensures stakeholder alignment and delivery.
• Identifies and mitigates project risks, issues, and dependencies; escalates as needed.
• Ensures compliance with technology standards, cyber security requirements, and governance frameworks.
