Job summary

ServiceTitan seeks an experienced Enterprise Implementation Services professional to own the setup, configuration, training, and testing of the ServiceTitan platform for major home services clients. You will lead multi‑project implementations, guide clients through scoping, discovery, and risk management, and deliver training aligned with best practices.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely delivery and ongoing client success, with 20–30% on-site travel to client

Qualifications

• Five or more years of relevant work experience in client-facing, project management, technology/SaaS implementation, and/or home services.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional work experience.
• Exceptionally detail-oriented while managing multiple tasks to successful completion.
• Ability to anticipate roadblocks and address them proactively.
• Strong client relationship skills and focus on delivering excellent experiences.
• Collaborative team player who helps others and drives value for clients.
• Problem-solving mindset with creative solutions and ownership of project tasks.
• Experience with Excel and SmartSheet is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Closely manage multiple and concurrent implementation projects from initiation through project close, acting as the primary client contact.
• Partner with Delivery Manager to deliver each phase on time while ensuring client success.
• Lead scoping and discovery sessions to document business requirements.
• Deliver a ServiceTitan environment configured to meet client needs and best practices.
• Conduct training with clients on software features and workflows.
• Identify and elevate implementation risks; collaborate on solutions with product/leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project timelines.
• Stay up-to-date on new ServiceTitan functionality.
• Travel for client on-site 20-30% of the time.
