Job summary

PowerChampions is seeking a Process & Implementation Manager to lead the enterprise-wide deployment, adoption, and optimization of ServiceTitan across our multi-location organization. This remote role requires driving deployments, training, and standardized workflows with NC/SC travel support.

You will own platform administration, partner with operations, sales, and finance, and build a growing internal team to sustain efficiency and excellence across depots.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software implementation, operations, or process improvement.
• Hands-on ServiceTitan experience including configuration and administration.
• Proven track record leading end-to-end software implementations and user adoption.
• Experience leading change management and scalable processes across locations.
• Ability to build standardized workflows and operate in fast-growing environments.
• Experience creating standardized, ground-up systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Own ServiceTitan implementation and rollout at depots from scoping to go-live.
• Act as the internal ServiceTitan SME and primary point of contact for depots.
• Design and standardize workflows: inventory, handoffs, onboarding, dispatch, invoicing.
• Lead training for field technicians, office staff, and managers; sustain adoption.
• Develop scalable SOPs, onboarding playbooks, and configuration standards.
• Monitor usage, data quality, and continuously refine processes.
